first_imgSummaryThe Department of Radiation Oncology is seeking a qualifiedcandidate to fill a critical role. The successful candidate willjoin our existing team of dedicated Medical Physics faculty andwill be responsible for supporting quality assurance, machinemaintenance and calibration, patient treatment planning andtreatment support as well as technology and workflowimplementation. This position will also be expected to participatein all aspects of the teaching activities for radiation oncologyresidents, medical students, medical dosimetrists and radiationtherapists. Academic rank commensurate with experience.Candidates for this position must have a M.S. or Ph.D. in medicalphysics, engineering, or related physical science. ABRcertification in radiation oncology physics is required. Experiencewith Elekta Linear Accelerators, Monaco and RayStation treatmentplanning system strongly preferred.
