POLISH MAN CONTESTS DRINK DRIVE CASE BECAUSE HE WASN’T GIVEN INFORMATION IN IRISH

first_imgA POLISH man living in Co Donegal is contesting a drink drive charge because a print-out of his breath test wasn’t given to him in Irish.Jacek Sobolak, (33) from Ray, Manorcunningham, appeared at Letterkenny District Court to face a single charge.He is charged with drink-driving on the Neil T Blaney Road in Letterkenny on October 12th last year.
